There
was a tie for second place between Rachel
Williams of Belleville who thrilled the crowd
with her rendition of "Me and Bobby McGee"
by LeAnn Rimes and 14-year old Sarah Lenore
of Plymouth who gave a flawless performance of "A
Broken Wing" by Martina McBride.
In 2004, Rachel Williams
went on to qualify for Nashville Star, where she placed
in the top 15 singers. She was the youngest contestant
and the only teenager to qualify for the show. Later
that year, she moved to Nashville and got a record
deal with Regaltone Records. For more information,

Sarah Lenore also
went on to a music career. Visit here web site by

Third place went
to Michael Goga of Warren for his animated
performance of Travis Tritt's "T-R-O-U-B-L-E."
Even though we were only able to
award three prizes, all of the contestants were excellent
performers and so all of them were winners in their
own right. All of the audience members were also winners,
because we saw an awesome show. |

Congratulations
to all of our contestants and to our four prize winners! |
